Garon, an avid lover of the sea, is a professional bonefish guide who is very passionate and knowledgeable about sport fishing.
Having guided for Grey’s Point Bonefish Lodge in Acklins, Bahamas for over 20 years, Garon has a vast experience in guiding on both the ocean and bight side of the island. Whether you are an experienced angler or a novice, Garon is patient and focuses on the flats of Acklins. He is capable and able to provide expert guiding insights to ensure that you get the most out of your day.
Garon, a certified bonefish guide, holds a Captain’s License and is trained in CPR and first aid. He is equipped with a 2018 Beavertail Mosquito.
Bone fishing is said to be a religious experience. A day with Garon, who is also a pastor, will give you the best ‘religious experience’ on the waters. Whether it is wading or polling the flats, stalking Bonefish, Permit or Barracuda or even Tarpon, you can assure that it will be a scared experience.

Garon Orville Williamson
Following in his father's footsteps, Garon Orville Williamson is a young professional bonefish guide. He is the son of Garon Williamson Sr. and his father has taught him the secrets of becoming an expert guide. Orville guides in the shallow waters surrounding Acklins, Crooked Island, and Long Cay. He is one of the best guides in the area. At the age of 14, Orville successfully guided his first group of anglers. He is knowledgeable of flats fishing, especially permit fishing and targets tarpons too. Orville has extensive experience fishing around the ocean and in the Bight of Acklins. If you want a great fishing experience, Orville is the guide for you.
